Our vision: Faith and liberation through Our Lady

The apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe to St Juan Diego on the barren hill of Tepeyac, Mexico, 1521, is a story of faith and liberation. There, God, through the compassionate intercession of Mary, used the poor and powerless peasant Juan Diego as voice for his downtrodden native community in the face of oppression from the conquering Spanish. This significance, we adopt for our parish.

We look to God to grant us the same fervour vested on St Juan Diego to uplift the lives of our brothers and sisters within, and beyond our borders.

In faith, we desire to evolve into a bastion of peace in the midst of our troubled world. A pilgrim community praying for graces, through Our Blessed Mother, to touch lives, each opportunity sparking a flame, liberating and transforming.

St Juan Diego used his opportunity well, he helped build a church by his simple faith. We hope to emulate him, to build here in Puchong, not only a church of concrete. We hope to build a faith community around it that is breathing and pulsating with love.

For starters, if you're new to the parish, or you're just visiting, we warmly welcome you to this website. With the Lord Jesus, we say, "Come and see".
